Why are we introducing this?

The overwhelming majority of people involved in the Police Federation carry out their roles professionally, ethically and with an unwavering commitment to representing members. However, like any organisation, it is essential that there is a trusted mechanism for raising concerns where standards may have fallen short.

We recognise that some people can feel uncomfortable reporting concerns through existing channels, particularly where they involve sensitive issues. The Integrity Line has been introduced to provide an additional route that is independent of the Federation and designed to give confidence that concerns will be handled fairly and impartially.
